Q: I attended a course last month but lost my certificate, can I get a new one?

A: Requests for new certificates can be emailed to sds@spectrumdentalsociety.com. Make sure to include your name, address and date of the course attended.

Q: I paid the annual donation in March, is my membership only valid through the end of the year?

A: No, your membership is valid for one full year from the date your donation is received by the Study Club.

Q: How often do you offer Coronal Polishing certification seminars?

A: Twice a year

Q: How do I register for a course?

A: Thursday evening courses: Please mail your registration form from the course brochure or visit our Contact Us page and fill out the contact form (make sure to include the course date in which you would like to attend).
All-day or Hands-on courses: Registration by mail only. Please mail the registration form with proper documentation (if requested) and a check for course fees (if applicable). If you need a copy of the registration form please email sds@spectrumdentalsociety.com.
